3) ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing time is the period where our warehouse team proceeds from receiving your order to physically dispatching it.
All the international orders will only be processed, shipped, or delivered within 1 - 3 business days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).
We seek for your kind understanding of any shipment delays or additional transit days that occurred. Our customer service will reach out to you via email if there are any delivery exceptions to your order.

4) ORDER CANCELLATION
